Russian Federal Consumer Rights Protection and Human Health Control Service (Rospotrebnadzor) published the information about state registration of production estimated by Rospotrebnadzor until July 1, 2010.
State Registration Certificates (sanitary-and-epidemiologic conclusions) made by Rospotrebnadadzor and its territorial form of government until July 1, 2010, are valid only on the territory of Russian Federation, within the prescribed time limits, no later than January 1, 2012.
In case of future production release (import) after January 1, 2012, it’s necessary to prepare State Registration Certificate in accordance with the Unified form of documents, guaranteeing the safety of production (goods), by the time fixed. This requirement covers the production included in the 2-nd section of “The Unified list of goods subject to sanitary-epidemiologic conclusions at the customs border and customs territory of customs union”.
The legalization of State Registration Certificate in accordance with the Unified form of documents, guaranteeing the safety of production (goods), is held in Rospotrebnadzor or its territorial form of government at the place of receiving previously executed State Registration Certificates (sanitary-epidemiologic conclusions).
